Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
PaySol ("we", "us") provides payment collection and payout services to businesses ("merchants") through pay-sol.com, the PaySol merchant portal and our APIs (together, the "services"). This policy explains what information we process, why, and the choices you have.
Information we process
- Account information about merchants and their users: names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, and sign-in and security information.
- Transaction information needed to carry out a payment: amounts, references, and payer or recipient details such as mobile wallet numbers, bank account numbers and names.
- Technical information: IP addresses, device and browser details, and service logs.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the services, and to process and reconcile payments.
- To verify identity and keep accounts secure, for example with sign-in verification codes.
- To detect and prevent fraud and misuse.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To send service messages about your account and transactions.
Email we send
We send transactional email only: verification codes, account notices (such as new sign-in alerts, account lockouts and password resets), replies to support requests, and service alerts. We do not send marketing email, and we never buy or rent email lists.
Who we share it with
- Payment service providers and banks that carry out the transactions you request.
- Service providers that host or run parts of our services (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the services, and for as long as laws and financial regulations require us to keep transaction records.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also review and improve these measures over time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Where we process information on behalf of a merchant (for example, details of that merchant's customers), please contact the merchant first; we will help them respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
