Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of pay-sol.com, the PaySol merchant portal and our APIs (the "services"). If you have a written agreement with PaySol, that agreement governs your use of the services and prevails where it differs from these terms.
Accounts and access
- The services are for businesses. Accounts are opened by PaySol for approved merchants.
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or keys.
Acceptable use
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and lawful transactions.
- Do not use the services for fraud, money laundering, or goods and services that the law or our payment partners do not allow.
- Give accurate payment instructions, including recipient details.
Payments and payouts
- Payments are carried out through licensed payment service providers and banks. Timing depends on those providers and their networks.
- We may delay, hold or refuse a transaction to prevent fraud, to protect customers, or to meet legal obligations.
- Fees and settlement terms are set out in your agreement with us.
Service availability
We work to keep the services available and reliable, but they may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because of our partners' systems. We will try to give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
Suspension
We may suspend access to the services if these terms or your agreement are breached, or where continued access would create a risk for you, your customers, our partners or us.
Responsibility
Our responsibilities to you, and any limits on them, are set out in your agreement with us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
